RAZORFEX

The Razorfex is a variant of the Carnifex genus which a combination of symbiotes to create an assault weapon. The primary Carnifex organism is heavily reinforced and augmented with extra carapace and muscle. It is entirely focused on it's purpose to exterminate prey. This is achieved by the use of it's teeth, tusks and claws. The claws themselves are weapon symbiotes grown to the creature's arms and act to demolish prey and also protect the more vulnerable underside.
 
The lowerbody and legs are another creature merged to provide movement. This creature also controls the tail to protect the rear so the Razorfex can focus on any target. The back and carapace of the Carnifex incorporate spore generating systems and spine growing symbiotes. These are controlled by the Razorfex's second primary weapon, the devourer.
 
This devourer is unusual and custom engineered for the Razorfex. It is one of the largest examples of a devourer as most Carnifex use smaller ones in pairs. The devourer uses it's bio-targeter-eye to locate prey for the Razorfex and direct it to the target. The devourer itself controls the spines and fires them in combination with it's own flesh worms.
 
As such no one creature is the Razorfex but it is a combination of symbiotes, not only in body but also in mind. The directions of the devourer work well to guide the vastly more aggressive Carnifex symbiote to it's target. These two work together to destroy prey as the other symbiotes are enslaved to the Carnifex and devourer, obeying their commands as needed.
