Title: Yenlui Ceyl

Briefing: All started with a Tyranid warrior sketch David draw and ended up with eldar vs Tyranid Diorama. This commission was truly challenging in many aspects since there were always intense brainstorming with David and lots of cool concepts in the air. My mission was to make individual miniatures that work good in a diorama but that can be used on the battlefield.

Best moment: Creating Predalienid and Nouveau Art for eldar concepts.

Worst moment: Cutting plasticard for the eldar beacon.

Conclusion: This diorama like a good Tyranid constantly evolved and I had the pleasure to also create some new Tyranid organisms for my biodiversity project… but most important thing on this diorama was having fun with a good bug fan like David.
And I ended this project with even more Predalienid ideas to explore.

Client Feedback

Client Name: David Wenner (GRIFNSTUFF)

Best moment: The first time I saw the shear malice of the predalien.

Worst moment: Deciding what to do with the eldar head.

Client Final Comment:Doing this was an absolute blast, I had so much fun working with Navarro on this project (most of it done by him). As good as it looks in pictures it's even better in person. Photo's simply don't do the actual piece much justice, there's so much detail in every bit of the piece. I'm extremly happy with the final product and look forward to painting it. I just hope I can put as much care in painting it as Navarro did in sculpting it. I look forward to seeing what Navarro has in store for everyone with his next project and I'm sure the recipient will be as happy as I am with mine.
